Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Ability to navigate using GPS and mobile dispatch apps via smartphone
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or complete upon hire)
  • Valid Virginia driver's license and clean DMV report
  • Clean background check and drug (Zero Tolerance Policy) screening
  • Excellent people skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to lift up to 150 pounds and maneuver in confined spaces
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Relevant experience in senior care, healthcare, and/or transportation
